Master Bedroom
Features a brand new king size bed with a new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, new 40 inch TV and BluRay DVD player, dresser, iron and ironing board.
Bunk Area
Two extra long twin bunk beds with all new linens. XL twins are the same length as a queen making these bunks comfortable even for the big kids.
Master Bedroom
Features a brand new king size bed with a new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, new 40 inch TV and BluRay DVD player, dresser, iron and ironing board.
Small complex of only 24 units means that our beach is seldom crowded. Alys and Rosemary beaches are just 1-2 miles away. Watersound, Seaside and others are just a bike or car ride away. Go right out your patio door, through a gate and directly down to the beach! 2 night minimum unless there is a single night available between two existing bookings. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.Monthly rates available for January and February - contact us to book.
*FREE BEACH SERVICE w/ 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included from March 1 - Oct. 31 **Washer and Dryer in the unit!

We hate goodbyes too, but our cleaning crew needs time to work their magic for the next guests. Checkout is at 10 AM sharp—think of it as your last chance to grab that morning coffee by the beach! Need extra time? Let us know ahead of schedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Feel free to stay up stargazing, laughing, or playing board games—just remember, quiet hours start at 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors.

Kids and Babies Welcome
Of course, your little ones are welcome here! Whether they’re building sandcastles or just mastering the art of napping, we’re happy to host them. (Just don’t forget their favorite toys—we haven’t quite mastered toddler negotiations!)

We love pets, but this is a no-paw zone to keep it comfy for all guests. Let us know if you have a furry friend at home—we’ll send you off with a special treat so they’ll forgive you in no time!
