Features a large flat screen TV and in-wall sound system with bluetooth connectivity to your phone. Most importantly, it has amazing views of the ocean! Right outside the living room is a large screened porch with 180 degree ocean views!Master Bedroom One
Separate Rec Room
That’s right, a separate living area for the kids (or adults :). Features a large flat screen TV with in-wall HDMI hookup for gaming console and pull-out queen sofa with an extra thick mattress. The room can be also closed off with the pocket door.
Kitchen and Dining
All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating for 2 and table seating for 6-8.
Master Bedroom One
Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Views of the ocean with a private balcony overlooking the ocean.
Master Bedroom Two
Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Views of the ocean with a private balcony overlooking the ocean.
Bedroom Three
All new furniture! Features a brand new queen bed, pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and private balcony.
*Home sleeps 9. One bed is a twin rollaway. Private outdoor shower, grill, beach toys, & outdoor fish-cleaning sink. Renovation just completed! New paint, all new mattresses, linens, and furniture. Washer and dryer, digital HD cable, & free WIFI for your use. **Each bedroom has it's own private balcony*
Monthly / Snowbirds: January and February and monthly only.
Check in for each month is on the 1st. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.
*2 dogs up to 25 pounds each are allowed for a $250 fee. Contact me to pay.

We hate goodbyes too, but our cleaning crew needs time to work their magic for the next guests. Checkout is at 10 AM sharp—think of it as your last chance to grab that morning coffee by the beach! Need extra time? Let us know ahead of schedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Feel free to stay up stargazing, laughing, or playing board games—just remember, quiet hours start at 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors.

Of course, your little ones are welcome here! Whether they’re building sandcastles or just mastering the art of napping, we’re happy to host them. (Just don’t forget their favorite toys—we haven’t quite mastered toddler negotiations!)
